Comet Atlas has just passed its perihelion which brought it within the orbit of Mercury. It has created a new cluster of large sunspots which are just now cycling into view. Analysts are excited by their huge size. But they are weak. No flaring. I’m not expecting any major solar storms.

My error: August Dunning will be appearing at the “Observer’s Ranch” event in May, not February, as I previously reported. Consult Davidson’s website for more information. I consider Dunning to be Douglas Vogt’s de facto successor on the subject of the solar nova and the 2046 AD timeline. The Americans are relieved that they have been “unburdened by what has been.” What is needed now is world peace and the dedication of technology to the survival of this imminent catastrophe. Don’t get your hopes up. Human greed and envy will create turncoats and saboteurs. If there is a respite, use it to improve your situation. Don’t get sidetracked by the drama of politics.
