I published on the topic a decade before Dan Brown’s DaVinci Code. The above fact sheet was first published to the old Grail Church website in 2002 as an introduction to my 400 page book, Hierogamy & the Married Messiah, which you can find here on this website:

What kind of Jesus do you want to worship after the Great Eschaton of 2046 AD? The leader of a eunuch religion or the father of the Messianic race?

Bottom line: Jesus could not have been the true Messiah of the Hebrew prophets had he not been married with heirs. Just because it is not clearly delineated in the Gospels of the New Testament – at least as commonly understood – does not mean anything. The true Messiah could not fulfill just some of the prophecies; He had to fulfill all of them.

In fact, the ruling of James the Just in Acts 15 openly said so when he identified the prime directive of the Christian religion to be “to raise up the tabernacle of David.” It is a direct reference to the role of the Messiah to repopulate the world with David’s lineage that had been decimated from genocidal persecutions by the pagan empires of Daniel’s visions:

God bless you.
