I wrote this book in the early 1980s; published it in book-form in 1987 and left it out-of-print now for 30 years. It was first published as a research white paper. Details are found in its Introduction.

It is also provided as archival background material for what will be forthcoming in my review of Skiba’s expose of the “2045, The Year We Become Immortal” transhumanist agenda. Obviously, the elite know what is going to happen in 2046 AD and their cyber/chimera-evolutionism is a part of their efforts to prepare the human race for this great transition.
Remember, I was 28 in 1987. Experience and maturity have taught me a lot over the years. But the original research in some respects is irreplaceable. Form your own conclusions.

Errata: I painfully realize that this book needs to be re-formatted. The scanning process has left numerous “typos” which I beg the reader to forgive until such time as I can edit. One confusing error early in the Introduction should be corrected, however: “irrationalistic humanism” reads as “rationalistic humanism” because the scanner did not read the letters “i, r.” The text should read: “rationalistic humanism for an irrationalistic humanism.”
