New additions to our topic categories such as WW3 updates, Newton’s Notes, and our new series on “The Black Star” are planned for later this month. We keep a wary eye on the heightened tension in Europe over the Russian/Ukrainian conflict as also the perplexity among astronomers over the new “Comet” 3I Atlas.
The Sun’s “dormant” phase is shifting the solar “forcing” from flaring to the solar “dust” emitted from coronal holes. Ben Davidson warns of a “double-peak” in this solar cycle (see his Observer’s Magazine). Earthquakes, volcanoes, and unusual storms are characteristic of such a phase.
James McCanney has tried again to bring clarity to the polarity shift debate in a Coast2CoastAM appearance. But I don’t think it was very successful. I’ll write more on that in the final installment of the Black Star series.
Many pdf files will be placed behind a pay wall later this year, probably November. This would include most of the Peshers. Survival Praxis will as well, except for a few select issues.
Our Newton’s Notes will begin a serial publication of Newton’s Latin, which will provide for the first time ever (to my knowledge, anyway) an English translation of the sixty some paragraphs in his Observations that are in Latin. “Newton’s Latin” will also give us clues to the sometimes cryptic statements which he makes as we mentioned in #20 and elsewhere.
“Newton’s Latin” will be behind a pay wall.
A price has not yet been decided for this paid feature on the website. Many writers rely upon a Patreon membership to offer protected material, usually something like $1.99 per month charged to a credit card. I haven’t decided yet.
We are farmers and tradesmen. Summer is busy and harvesting is in full swing.
