Robert Felix offered a scenario for the future ice age, which, while punctuated by various geophysical catastrophes, was for the most part a longer process of climate change involving increased volcanism (submarinal to produce the moisture in the atmosphere and then land-based to create the cold to cause the moisture to fall as snow).
For this volcanism to occur, the Sun would have to emit a different kind of energy: the kind which would create increased kinetic energy within the Earth’s mantle and crust but not necessarily in its atmosphere. In other words, it had to be more electrical than radiant.
Now that solar flaring is diminishing in scale, it is being replaced by massive coronal holes in which charged particles are being emitted.
Check out the following reports from our trusted solar “weathermen” to get a picture of what is happening. But more to come in a “Remains of the Day” or an “Alert.”
