Jesus Christ was born on the Day of Trumpets, 3BC, which then would have been our 11th of September, but this year, according to Jewish calculations will occur later. It is a toss-up as to whether His birth on 11 September should be celebrated or whether it should be celebrated on the recognized Feast Day or whether the Feast Day should be permanently fixed to its date of fulfillment at the Birth of the Messiah. More on this in our next Pesher later this month.
The Day of Trumpets marked the beginning of the Ingathering of the People, concluding their season of harvest which began at the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost) and presumably ended at Tabernacles (Succoth). After the gathering of the harvest, the people gathered before the LORD for celebration.
In terms of antitypes, the gathering of the nations began with the Birth of Christ (of which the Three Kings of the East at Christmas were the first) and is expected to be concluded at the Feast of Ingathering (Tabernacles) in 2046 AD at God’s Great Day. After that, the Millennial Kingdom proper will begin which may last for 100,000 years (a thousand generations, see our next Pesher).
At Tabernacles in 2046 AD, all the Feasts will have been fulfilled in their antitypes.
