“Electroquake” has been coined to describe a newly recognized causal factor for earthquakes. Go to Ben Davidson’s Source page for a link.
The Statue of Liberty was struck by lightning, or was it telluric lightning (earth to sky)? Go again to the same link from Suspicious Observers and the entries offered on the Robert Felix Source page before he passed away two years ago.
Of course, the solar eclipse expected tomorrow for the central and eastern regions of the United States has captivated many millions of America who are actually planning vacations and filling motels all along the corridor. It is the news of the moment.
I find it curious that news reports have revised and narrowed the path of the expected totality. Did somebody mess-up in their calculations, or are we about to witness the beginnings of the “white-wall tire” predicted by Douglas Vogt, just before we enter the “nova era”? We shall see. (See below).
Readers will notice that postings have dropped off, especially my Peshers and Survival Praxis articles. I have shifted my attentions to more local concerns, as I try to educate my neighbors on these matters and more. If you want to satisfy your curiosity, go to savebenewahcounty.com. If we are going to survive what is coming, we need to begin to use a completely different technology in building our houses. Your local building inspector and grumpy neighbors will stand in your way.
Back to the eclipse, James McCanney is encouraging amateur astronomers to perform a repeat of Eddington’s experiment of 1919 in which certain aspects of General Relativity (which drew complaints from Einstein, even though it made him famous) were fraudulently verified. Backyard astronomers have better equipment than did Eddington and should be able to easily repeat the experiment. Go to McCanney’s Source page for a link.
Other than the weird rituals planned by Bohemian-type royalty cults – alleged by some to include human sacrifice (Where is Kate?!) – I’m not expecting anything of consequence from the eclipse.
Enjoy your astronomy.

Update 4/8/24: Eclipse observations do not indicate that the Sun has begun to swell. Go to this lecture by Douglas Vogt on the specifics, particularly the 18 minute through the 24 minute marks. This lecture is on his warning of the risks of a Carrington-level solar event.
